1.0 Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Video123. By using our AI video and image generation engines, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the service.
2.0 Intellectual Property Rights
Your Ownership
As between you and Video123, you own all input data (prompts/assets). Video123 hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Output generated during a paid subscription period.
Our Infrastructure
The Video123 interface, proprietary algorithms, and brand identity are the exclusive property of Video123 and its licensors.

3.0 Safety & Restrictions
No generation of non-consensual deepfakes or intimate imagery.
No bypassing or attempting to "jailbreak" safety filters.
No infringing on trademarks, patents, or 3rd party copyrights.
No automated account creation or scraping of our API.
4.0 Billing Policy
All purchases of Video123 credits and subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Due to the high GPU costs of AI inference, we do not offer refunds once credits have been consumed or a generation task has been initiated.
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled at any time via your user dashboard.
